I came across this through insta ads and tried it thinking “lets give this a chance “.. also have been healing from vit d deficiency and this really helped me when taken along vit d wrt sleep and muscle fatigue. My parents also loved it and we reordered.

I started using Stack Club’s Deep Rest supplement after coming across their Instagram ad, where they mentioned that the key ingredient is sourced from the USA. Before this, I was taking a magnesium supplement from Ace Blend. Since making the switch, I’ve genuinely noticed a difference in how I feel the next morning. I feel less groggy when I wake up, my sleep feels more restorative, and I generally start the day feeling fresher and more alert. It’s one of those changes I wasn’t specifically expecting, but the difference has been noticeable enough for me to stick with it.

I'm giving this magnesium glycinate stack four stars because it absolutely delivers on improving sleep and noticeably lifting my overall mood. It has been incredibly effective for helping me wind down at night and feel much more emotionally balanced throughout the day. However, I'm holding back that final star because I've found that my usual spread of thoughts and the upwelling rate of spontaneous ideas tend to decline sometimes when I take it. While the deep rest and mood benefits are definitely worth it, that slight dampening of my natural mental flow keeps it just shy of a perfect five-star rating for me.

There is certainly some improvement in the quantity of deep sleep, as measured by my smart watch. Regarding the quality of deep sleep, I can't necessarily feel much of a difference, be it positively or negatively.

I’ve used Magnesium from other brands as well. Must say after 10 days of switching to The Stack, the difference in sleep quality is quite evident. Now looking forward to try other supplements in thier lineup.

To be clear, I don’t use your product daily, and that’s precisely why I haven’t repurchased it (yet). But that’s on you again. I take it just three nights a week, Friday through Sunday, because the capsules work so damn well that I don’t need them during the weekdays. 🙂‍↕️🫰
