I can confidently say that the products mentioned in the title worked extremely well for me.
Here is where the big "BUT" comes. But simply taking these two supplements while maintaining a BAD DIET won’t solve your problem. Why?
These supplements help support good bacteria in your gut microbiome, but eating unhealthy foods afterward can harm or destroy those beneficial bacteria. Then you will put the blame on the product for not working or ineffective.
These two supplements helped stop the pus and blood in my stool, as well as my chronic stomach pain, diarrhea, and digestion issues. People who don’t have IBS can’t even COMPREHEND HOW MUCH OF AN IMPROVEMENT THIS IS.
I started seeing results on Day 2, it maybe different for others.
I haven’t taken the “ Gut immune support: Postbiotic” supplement and If I do in the future then I will do a review about it as well.
ABOUT THE PRODUCT
1) Daily Fibre bomb: Yes the taste is NOT GOOD and it doesn't easily dissolve in water. But I DON'T CARE AS LONG AS IT IMPROVES MY HEALTH. And I most certainly DON'T want "TheStack" to add any shitty/toxic ingredient just to make it taste better or dissolve easily at the cost of decreasing the product’s benefits.
2) The Gut balance: No complaint.
MY MEDICAL HISTORY AND DIET TIPS (You can skip this if you want to)
I was diagnosed with Crohn’s disease in 2015. I'm 22 years old.
I had several operation done since then. I’ve had an appendectomy, hemorrhoidectomy, fistulotomy (3 times), and a seton placement (I currently have two setons).
I have been taking the biologics injections for the past 6 years (not continuously though). The injection costs around 1 lakh depending on the type and I have to take it every 2 months. On top of that I was also taking pentasa, Imuran, folic acid tablets.
You’ll know what I’m talking about if you have IBS.
I am suffering right now mostly due to my complex fistula tract in my anal area. The pus almost never stops due to inflammation of bad foods. Almost all the gastroenterologist that I have encountered don't really know what diet to recommend me. All they say is "just don't eat junk food", that is such a BROAD CATEGORY. Even the dieticians recommended by my gastroenterologist couldn't help me much with a good diet.
But I haven't been taking pentasa, Imuran, folic acid for the past 4 months. I have also stopped the biologics. I have been CONTROLLING THE DISEASE FROM AFFECTING ME SOLELY USING DIET.
But it wasn't enough and I reached a "Stationary point" where I wasn't getting better nor was my health getting worse. Because I lacked in eating PREBIOTIC AND PROBIOTIC FOODS. This is the crucial point where "The stack" helped me with their supplements.
Obviously I know that every IBS patient diet is unique and there is no "One For All" diet. But these foods in general will DEFINITELY improve your health.
FOODS I AVOID TO STAY AS SAFE AS POSSIBLE
1) Seed Oils (This applies for any type of oil in case you use them: Don't Overheat above the "Smoke point" or Reheat.)
2) Milk and milk products. (not curd and yogurt)
3) Any type of SUGAR (Not fruits)
3) Fruit Juice (Including homemade, why? - go research why it spikes glucose levels)
4) Products with ingredients such as Maltodextrin, Nature Identical Flavors, Colors, Preservatives, Emulsifiers, etc. (Almost any packed food in stores)
5) Gluten — flours and their products (not all flours contain gluten)
6) Spicy foods (Exception pepper: Adding small amount of pepper with turmeric makes it easier to absorb turmeric for the body. Turmeric is one of the best anti-inflammatory food)
7) High fiber and tough to digest foods. (You can experiment eating High fibre foods after taking the supplements “Daily Fiber Bomb & Daily gut balance” for while.)
NOTE:
This is only a brief overview of my diet, and since it’s a review, I tried to keep it short.
If you are an IBS patient, you will only survive if you do extensive research and have knowledge on foods.
