It works well. I started seeing the changes after about 5 days of using the sleep combo. I'm falling asleep faster, getting an improved quality of sleep, and I wake up feeling a bit more recovered and refreshed. One tiny little nitpick is that it has affected my gut health a little bit. But maybe I'll get used to it and my gut will adapt or maybe not; that is to be seen in the long run. But for now the benefits outweigh the one tiny issue by a far margin.

This is different, I'm definitely seeing a change...a much welcome change but need to spend some more time thinking about results. 1 thing i can definitely say it that this works. I was a chornic sleep disorder guy, couldn't sleep before 3 or 4 in morning it has reduced to 12, I'm falling asleep in half hour... that's a biggest change in me.. but consistency of the results need to be verified
